When you use this site, its related media, or any of our services, we expect you to respect our intellectual property and other people, and generally to be a good human (ho bullying, harassment, abuse, etc.). Failure to comply could mean that we terminate your services without a refund.

Events, Workshops and Coaching

By participating in an Stage Light Communications event, workshop or coaching session, you agree to abide by the Statement of Principles set out above.

If any person present at an Stage Light Communications event, workshop or coaching session engages in behaviour that, in our view, is unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise incompatible with the Statement of Principles, that person will be given a verbal warning. If the behaviour continues, staff may have that person removed from the premises.

We reserve the right to cancel, without a refund, the registration of any person at an Stage Light Communications event, workshop or coaching session who persists in such behaviour after receiving a warning from staff. We also reserve the right to refuse services to such person and to prohibit them from participating in future events, workshops or coaching sessions in the future.

Disclaimers and Exclusions of Liability (a.k.a. The Small Print)

To the extent permitted by law, and except as expressly indicated, we make no representations or warranties relating to this website or our products and services.

We value your privacy and we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that this website is secure, but all electronic data transfers are potentially susceptible to interception by others.
